The yankees basecly have A left feilder…,damon,but he`s A free-agent and I don`t think they`ll
bring him back.Assouming they dont(re-sign him)they have lots of options:bay,holliday,byrd,dye and DeRosa.I think they`ll go after DeRosa,holliday and byrd.Thats allso hwo I think they should go after.
aspecialy holliday(hwo`s A free-angent).it would cost a-lot but it would DEFENENTLY be worth it.
Here`s how the line-up would look:
1-jeter
2-granderson
3-texiara
4-a-rod
5-holliday
6-cano (it could also be posada-cano)
7-posada
8-swisher
9-johnson
If they signed DeRosa it would be the same except DeRosa instead of holliday,same with marlyn.
they signed vazquez in a 5 player deal to spice up their rotation,but it involved melkey going to the braves,along with cevin cash.That led them to signing johnson,they needed A number 9 hitter.
They also needed A dh,beacous matsui signed with the angels.They signed granderson 1 to spruce up their outfeild 2 beacous they needed to replace damon in the line-up. It cost them one of their best
prospects,austen jackson,it also cost them A good relife picher,phil coke(hwo`s lefty)and prospect
picher ian kennedy.I think theil sign chapman to replace coke.
now let`s move on to the rotation,here`s the options the bombers have now:
1-cc.sabathia
2-aj.burnett
3-andy pettite
4-javiare vazquez
5-chin ming wang(and have joba and hughes in the bullpen)
That`s what I think they should do.(you could always replace wang with hughes if you need to).

you could also have hughes or joba in that spot.here’s another one:

but they’ll probebly trade him.Now to the bullpen:
Here’s hwo they should of signed…… ….jj.putz.He would have been grate in the pen as an 8th or 7th ining guy.He could even replace mo when he retires,or if you wanted to rest him.Here’s how the bullpen would look if they’d of signed him:
9th-mo or jj
8th-jj
7th-joba,hughes or putz…
…BUT SOMONE ALLREADY SIGNED HIM!!!!!!!
