Shannon M. Downs says “Buying or selling a home? I strongly encourage anybody that’s knows me to check out Charles S. Ramsay (link below). He and I have been friends now for 7 years. He helped find and purchase my first home back in 2003. When I wanted to sell my first home and upgrade to a bigger home in a new area once again Charles was there for me. He always makes the really “big” and sometimes “scary” issues of buying and selling homes not so “big” and “scary”. Charles has been in the real estate business for many moons. To me that is not what made the experience so great. Although it did help a lot I’m certain . What made working with Charles so great for me was his patience, generosity, understanding and willingness to listen to my every concern and “stupid” questions. He will personally take you though everything step by step in a way that us non Realtor folk can understand. So without going into further detail about how great I think Charles is, check out his website for yourself”

Charles Ramsay is an Intuitive, and working with him was a magical experience.

From the beginning, he listened attentively to our needs. He actively helped us to visualize and to articulate our unique intentions. He did not seek to limit our imaginations in relation to financial considerations. Instead, he positively participated in the forming of clear visions, allowing them to live.

He spread his antenna throughout the current market and patiently waited. He never became pushy in order to satisfy his personal desire, as a realtor, to make a sale and realize a commission as quickly as possible. He kept the vision clear, and gracefully waited for the time to come. In our case, this waiting phase took nine months, yet he remained fully engaged with a warm, open, and positive attitude, which helped us to stay faithful in the process.

When the time came and our house was found he vigorously acted, setting everything else aside, focusing in the moment. A few hours after we recognized the house as the realization of our dream we were signing papers, and our offer was accepted on the next morning. Charles was empathetically attentive throughout the entire process, allowing us to trust and to relax in the critical moments.

He maintains a network of professionals working in other aspects of real estate who share his remarkable ethical perspective. Title Company, home inspection, home insurance, construction work etc. Everyone whom we met through him was sincere, humane, and trustworthy, resulting in a smooth transaction, and providing us with a wonderful feeling of satisfaction overall.

Charles Ramsay is a true Hunter. He clearly and faithfully visions in order to call forth the spirit of his target, then patiently and keenly waits until the time comes. When he recognizes the moment and his aim is near, he skillfully acts and perseveres until his target is in his hand.

Buying a house is meeting a destiny.
Charles Ramsay knows how to help us unfolding the destiny and inviting the future.

We love our new home. We clearly recognized that our soul is deeply connected with this house as if this is an extension of ourselves. This is a magical feeling. We thank Charles for guiding us, raising consciousness, and making our house search experience into a soul-spiritual art.

“I had the pleasure and privilege of working with Charles Ramsay for four years in the mid-nineties at Breitenbush Hot Springs Retreat and Conference Center. Although Charles was primarily the General Manager, he never hesitated to do any job that needed doing, regardless of how difficult or dirty it might be, and he always did it cheerfully. As administrator, his outstanding performance included procuring a six-figure emergency grant after the 1996 floods, and as a key player in the acquisition of the adjacent northern half of the original Breitenbush homestead, which involved complex legal and governmental procedures, and united the homestead for the first time in twenty-five years.

Together, Charles and I created the Breitenbush Emergency Medical Team. We completed the arduous ten day, 120 hour Wilderness First Responder intensive at the American Alpine Institute where Charles graduated at the top of the class. A fine networker and liason, he established positive professional relationships with the local EMS agencies, including Lifeflight, and worked with me on numerous medical emergencies in wretched wilderness conditions where he consistently exhibited sound judgment, impeccable competence and exceptional grace under pressure.

Until I met Charles, I never realized how rare it is to actually have someone’s undivided attention. To this gentleman of the old school, honor and integrity are not abstractions, but permeate every aspect of his life. For him success is merely a side effect of providing extraordinary service to others. There are many benefits to being an associate or client of Charles’ that continue long after business has been concluded. In my experience, he is an extremely rare human being.”

Sincerely,

Tim McDevitt

He even hooked me up with a great contractor to build the current preschool cottage in the back yard. Charles is clearly very community minded and loves to connect people.
